What is the actual difference in width (in MM) between Rain & Rain EEE? For width wider than Rain EEE, what is the closest last to Rain (but the next step up in width from Rain EEE given this is the widest in Rain)?- Aggro

Is buying Carmina ready-made shoes by mail order then returning the only way to try sizing/fit? ...then ordering the MTO shoes I really want (same last, boot style). How does it compare in comfort to calf leather? If so, is it noticeable? What are the cons of kid leather vs calf leather? (eg too delicate, show creases more easily, shorter lasting, scratches easily...?)- Aggro

Can sneakers with rubber soles be re-soled?
Some of these designer sneakers cost more than shoes. Seems a waste to bin them once the sole wears down when the leather uppers are still good. Obviously doesn't need to have the same tread but similar thickness & color would be good Surely there must be someone out there who can do it...- Aggro

Would a Tomir rubber sole be dressy enough for a sleek Chelsea boot? Does a Tomir rubber sole last longer than a leather sole, assuming the same usage? Can a toe plate be affixed onto the Tomir rubber sole?- Aggro
