rtw, mtm, distributors etc their cut length business went to dugdale but they haven't reissued every range yet (or won't like lockwood), so I wouldn't have any hopes on that move in any foreseeable future- camez_

when we talk about standeven, we talk about the 310g explorer 2ply high twist it's the same cloth as dugdale's tropicalair and very similar to hfw's fresco I like it very much and it's my to go cloth for spring/summer- camez_

no worries I have two pairs of explorer trousers (but no suit made up yet, it's in the making finally) and I think the scratchiness is not the worst, but it could be less imo the issue with the 4ply is that the weight is not suitable for summer - at 370g it's just too much. yes, the cloth is...- camez_

fresco type weaves are always scratchy - the grade depending on the wearer thats why there are different open weave clothes from different merchants/mills- camez_
