    MTM suit NYC

I would suggest checking out their Instagram handles, NMWA (the tailored pieces as opposed to the general stuff) and PML both showcase a good amount examples. Divij's IG is a bit too model-y to get a good sense, but I'd check out the styleafter50 IG handle, I believe most of Andy's stuff is...

Reasonably priced, Good Quality Classic Chinos

The new J. Crew Classic Chinos are pretty great...I'd put them within fighting distance of RRL Officer Chinos https://www.jcrew.com/p/mens/categories/clothing/pants-and-chinos/chino/classic-chino-pant/BE611?display=standard&fit=Classic&color_name=commander-khaki&colorProductCode=BE611

The State of Black Tie: Your Observations

I just prefer the green velvet cause I dig green...but I think any of the standard velvets or even a tartan could work in this place for a winter DJ that is more informal and festive...

The State of Black Tie: Your Observations

IMHO, I think a black tuxedo and midnight tuxedo both tick off the same formal box and are a bit too similar to need both versions. If I had 2-4 black tie events a year to go to (assuming throughout the year), I'd do the following: a DB shawl ivory DJ (self facing) a SB shawl bottle green...

Official: STAR WARS THREAD. These are the droids you're looking for. **WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS

I was a teenager when TPM came out...I think in hind sight its easy to criticize but, at the time, it was pretty wild as a kid to see full-blown Jedi and Sith in their prime go at it in a dual as opposed to an untrained kid/old man vs. a stiff cyborg past his hey day

IIRC I believe you can MTO a bunch of stuff in the MiUSA cut for a nominal up charge…I’m contemplating doing it for a seersucker or madras summer jacket

I popped into J Press recently, and their MiUSA suits/jackets have a very soft shoulder much closer to the CAID example than the Genuardi one. The J Press MiCAN models have a much more pronounced shoulder. I quite liked the MiUSA Fox Air suit I tried on... I have an old (probably pre-mid...
