Yeah half size down from brannock. Brannock -1 width works as well, I have a van friendly foot which makes Aberdeen fit like crap lol- Franky

Personally I think the van last is just too perfect for a penny loafer for me to veer too far off from Alden, though I do own some C&J Pennie’s. For other styles like horse bits or tassels I’ve been known to try some osb/GS tho 😉- Franky

Had a shell issue with my 986 and Alden fixed me up with a new pair, which was a lot more than I expected. I had a receipt that I bought them new so maybe that had something to do with it, but I expected them to be like it’s been a few months, kick rocks. Alden4lyfe- Franky

I own LHS at size 7.5E and 8D both fit me well. Calf Harvard 7E fits fine but a bit tighter than the Alden stuff. Alden is wider for sure- Franky

I love penny loafers, and I was able to get these harvards for 150 or so almost new. I don’t like tan shoes however, and I wanted unlined black pennies. So one dye job later… 😁- Franky

Hot weather and Tassels. These are from the seconds store and they had a small knick on the tassel lace which I put a tiny bit of super glue on to prevent it from tearing more. Otherwise they’re perfect. I ordered a couple of black shell pairs from the seconds store and the shell was ripped on...- Franky
