    What's the situation with the rights for X-Men? It's not like there haven't been a ton of damn X-Men movies, they've just mostly been trash. They've burned through a lot of the classic stories and done a lousy job with them. Getting into the mainstream Disney treatment would be good for them...

    So much recent Disney content has tried the nostalgia mining approach, and it's mostly fallen flat because it comes off as bland corporate memberberry mining. This one works. There's an actual story they want to tell, and the absolute "heroin to the jugular" nostalgia is just a little treat...

    Showing Nightcrawler at full power was pretty awesome. Teleporting is an underappreciated combat power. Nightcrawler in the White House was one of the better scenes in the first sequence of XMen movies.

    The Yoda fight is especially bad, probably the worst in all the movies. They couldn't even make Yoda fighting look good in the cartoons, which generally have really good saber fights (since they don't need actual actors to do the fighting). He's just too small, it ends up looking absurd.
