    Berg and Berg

In a world where Berg & Berg tailoring isn’t made in Italy any more and as 13.characters explained, it shows. Where then would you get « affordable modern Napolitan » style tailoring made in Italy ? Natalino? Never tried Cavour and I can’t explain why but their online store doesn’t make me...

You’re entirely correct! Plus, the shetland is actually a bit big (L) so if that fits, all the other styles I could wear it with should work too! I guess I have been a bit traumatised by Drake’s sizing.

Trying on that Canadian tuxedo style I have a soft spot for. That chore jacket cost me an eye but I feel like I’ll be able to get many wears for many years in many different styles. Just wondering if I should have sized up but mostly because I’ve been contaminated by the slouchy propaganda on...

I feel like I asked that but does the selvedge chore jacket fit true to size? I don’t want the slouchy vibe, just a « normal » fit.

    Berg and Berg

yep, good thing I got all the trousers I needed and which should last me for years and years. I actually work in sales and brands like B&B are doing themselves a disservice to not acknowledge the elephant in the room (same as Drake’s with its pricing). People are not stupid and you would be...

    Berg and Berg

Not interested by anything B&B this season, which is a shame since I live in Spain so I was expecting more things for the hot weather. It is a Scandinavian brand after all. I might try to get a cotton/linen shirt since even oxford is a bit too hot for several months of the year here.

    Berg and Berg

Berg & Berg isn't Drake's: they know how to measure their own stuff. :D Kidding aside, I have an Arnold trousers in size 48 and the size guide was very accurate. I don't have thick thighs so it's for a more relaxed/spring/summer style that I use it.

48% is actually a low margin in the fashion industry where it is usually between 50 and 70%. I think what Drake's does suck but I also think I'd do the same for my business. What sucks the most is that prices go up but never down, even when markets conditions improve. But everyone does that...

Are folks wearing the same size in chore jackets and games blazers? I would say it's actually the opposite: Games blazers are tight and I need to order them in 42 and they still aren't oversized in any way for me. I never get near 42 with any other brands. 40 (European 50) has always been my...

Hey billbar! Really appreciate you offering your help! I would be interested in a few things: chore jackets (especially denim!), cardigans and suits or blazers (games and classic). I could let you know about my measurements and you could just send pics of what you find. Obviously no pressure...
