Why that over a wool gabardine like @aristoi bcn was looking at a few pages back. To me, wool gabardine would be an awesome suit to have. I just need the weather for it.

No derbys? Why not get something within dress code that’s super cheap. Maybe it’s glued and you throw it out after a year. But it beats spending 500 on ugly shoes because you’re forced to.

Better & cheaper to buy right than buy twice or 3x and be sending your walnut hideous abominations to goodwill. do you not have shoes for your feet that are good enough? Who is going to care if you wear a loafer with a suit for a few weeks while you figure out which cap toe Oxford you should...

I think suitsupply is your best bet. I think you were there when gianluca and i were talking about how suitsupply provides a really good product for the price point. Obviously it’s not bespoke, but it’s a nice shape / silhouette & doesn’t break the bank. Especially if you are a standard size...

I’m also on team solaro, although I prefer the cut / silhouette of the first one more. But, I don’t, generally like a 3 button jacket. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it, it’s just not my preference.
