    Morning gents, I am looking at getting a sport jacket but everything I've tried on in the past suit-wise, I've always felt 9-feet wide at the shoulder. Without going tailored, is there a particular style I can look out for with less padding in the shoulders? Thanks!

    One can dream! Incredibly hard to get a property for yourself here financially, much less buying to rent or flip. That's my long-term plan, though. Property here just goes up and up.

    Curious if anyone has advice outside of mutual funds? Vanguard seem to have good options that get around 8% a year by the looks of it, but is there anything I can look in to for short-term returns? Not at the point where I can invest in a property portfolio yet. Thanks!
