    I don’t have that particular Last but the 12508, 6184, 125 Lasts and many other Cheaney shoes in UK10 I also have CS boots in the 401Last UK9.5 and they are too big I have to wear thick socks and/or an insole Many here will say go down half a size but my experience would be go down a full size
