Looks great. Glad it turned out so good. I also appreciate the concept behind.

Jacques Marie Mage - Wolves, Obnoxious Acetate and The American Dream

Actually the two colourways are diifferent, Hickory being darker and more reddish, Teak being lighter and more yellowish brown. I'm sorry for you, Enzo Hickory looks really good with the olive lenses. Not serious of them that the item still shows as available.

Hemmings Teak. In comparison with Hickory, besides the gold wirecore instead of silver, it seems to me that the acetate is a tad lighter.

HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014)

I did: although the original cloth was in light cotton, there are different versions today in linen, wool and blends. What stands out and is common to all these cloths is the particular, distinctive pattern, which identifies them as madras. Fox Brothers in wool. In wool and linen blend...

I thought that madras is a kind of patterns, but not sure. There's also madras in wool. Maybe there are different interpretations.

Do you mean the Palisades colourway now? I really like it. I can follow your thought, partially, but you will see that also havana and tortoise shell colours are imitations.

Random Fashion Thoughts (Part 3: Style farmer strikes back) - our general discussion thread

Interesting. Curious that many people feel classic menswear like a duty and a form of compulsion, whereas it's joy and expression of personality for me and certainly for many others, which freely choose to dress smart, even though the vast majority wear casually.

Wondering why pigskin is so seldom seen, such a nice texture. An elegant loafer by Efe Laborde.

So that's not madras, how do you call it? By the way, I don't like the cut, too loose, but the pattern is not bad, so much better than the usual patchwork one.

Jacques Marie Mage - Wolves, Obnoxious Acetate and The American Dream

I have both Hickory and Teak, will compare them. Yes, the nomenclature can be confusing and misleading. The new Saber colourway (Enzo), for example, is another iteration of black with exposed silver wirecore under a layer of red acetate. Sedona and Breccia are the same colour. As for Plaza and...

I don't, but, honestly, supposed that those relics would have astronomical prices, I would opt for some other grain leather, which could be as stunning as well.
