I sent 3 emails between December 26th-January 12th about a return, no response back. I dm'd them on instagram this morning and got an immediate response. I'm a huge S&M advocate, but their customer service is inexcusable.- alvinblue

I'm 5'7" 160 lbs (muscular), and wear a 15 contemporary, but neither the small or medium polos fit me great. They are really short with very tight sleeves, so I would definitely go with M over S if you're stats are similar- alvinblue

Yes. Just received this years version of the shirt collar polos and am disappointed. I washed them in cold and put them in the dryer expecting SOME shrinkage, unfortunately the mediums are now the exact same length as my washed and dried size small polos from last year.- alvinblue
