Depends on the collar for me. Button down, Italian spread both flop closed or downward. Full spread stays up nicely. Cooper or any one-piece will always make a perfect V with a nice roll.

I have the cooper collar shirt of that fabric. It's cool, but it's very soft like an old t-shirt. Their poplin is very lightweight, more crisp. I'd go with for work.

I just received a pair of the new SM cream cotton trousers and can also confirm they are significantly roomier than the old SM in the seat, crotch, thigh. And larger than Natalino, less taper.

Navy linen. Straight out the box so a little creased up but no alterations needed. Interestingly the tobacco was a decent bit fuller, required alterations.

I just got the Natalino tobacco linen suit. 40L/34. Compared to SM SS23 34 contemporary trouser, Natalino seat/thigh feels a bit looser. The thigh might actually measure the same but it's a little less restrictive when sitting, I think because the back rise is higher. The leg has a slight...

Can you comment on if the new trouser fit is significantly larger in seat/thigh? Thanks

Yeah based on your review I think I'm going to pick up the Natalino restock, and might pull the trigger on the linen. SM armholes are fine but a touch higher would be nice. Cheers.

As a 40L I really appreciate this comparison, but hate you for contributing to these being out of stock. I like the Natalino silhouette better with the wider shoulders creating a more V shape, longer more closed quarters, and sleeve pitch looks right for you, but SM looks great too. I have...

Thanks looks like they updated the listing to 275. Debating between this one vs the Navy linen from natalino that is 380. What do you think is an ideal weight for linen?

Those looks great. Are you able to comment on how they fit relative to Spier contemporary or Suitsupply Havana? I'm a 40L in both of those, and Natalino's sizing seems a touch looser but other people have described otherwise. Thanks.

I think it looks good. On this particular jacket I think while the waist could be more suppressed for you body, it's in harmony with the fuller sleeves and cut of your trousers, so I'd leave it. In terms of length, a full length pic would help, but unless your legs are a lot longer than these...
