That's what I'm thinking. He offered an even lower price, so I bit. Hoping it's that simple of a fix! But yeah, the lighting is a bit bright so I'm also hoping if it's not reparable it's not too noticable in regular lighting conditions.- RahnDail

Hey all, I plan on buying a secondhand Buzz Rickson x William Gibson MA-1 bomber jacket. One particular listing I see shows a white scuff on the front of the jacket. Curious if anyone has experience buffing out scuffs on nylon on these types of jackets, and if it's worth haggling on price...- RahnDail

Got here much faster than expected! Matches pretty well with the shoes I received. Certainly not the highest quality belt I've handled, but feels reasonably thick and durable for the price. Glad I made the purchase!- RahnDail

Done, will post pictures when I've received it. For black or brown shoes I wouldn't care, but the museum bordeaux will be a very hard color to match. Next up is for me to match a watch strap to the belt/shoes... I already talked to Vass and they don't offer watch straps, but curious if anyone...- RahnDail

Carlos Santos Shoes - Feedback & Appreciation
Some glamor shots of my recent CS purchase. I believe these boots are exclusive to The Hand, and are an awesome black color with some grey marbling. I'm sure they'll develop beautiful patina over time.- RahnDail

On a somewhat related note: any tips for matching Vass' shoes to belts? I'm particularly finding it hard to find a matching belt for my Bordeaux museum pair. The closest I can find is this dark burgundy belt from TTrafalgar, but it's so hard to tell online. Anyone got any recommendations?- RahnDail

The representative at Vass got back to me on what shades of their bordeaux museum they have in stock, which in my size is just this pair. Another thought since you have em in both finishes: how's the finish compare between CU and Vass for their oxblood museum/bordeaux museum respectively in person?
