When I posted on this forum I thought it was an insurance forum not a style forum, now I wanna change my name. Anyways I recommend a company that has many products you can offer your clients, instead of just a few. The Farmers, Aflecs, etc in my op are not well balanced for a clients portfolio. Insurance is not an easy job to get into, you have to work really hard or have a lot of connections. If you're just selling insurance to a client than your just an insurance agent, but if you are taking care of your clients with multiple solutions for their future, than you're a rock star and that's where the money is. Helping your clients with multiple lines of products is protecting them and securing your future referrals since they will be grateful you have helped them out. I would say it best to be with a Insurance Broker that offers many lines, but there is a downside to that also. Its a number game out there, you just have to be known
Farmers is a great agency. It depends on the owner of the agency I suppose but when I was started I was given a base pay and plenty of training even though I wasn't making them a dime at the time. I am grateful to be employed by Farmers.

No one shills for them! It's a calling.
