Those were WAAAAY harder than I thought they would be, but absolutely awesome.
Never used kettlebells but I'm not about to give up my dumbells. Even though I've never used them and know nothing about them, I'll go ahead and posit my opinion that they are bullshit.
lol I got some introductory instructions on kettelbell use yesterday, so I thought I'd go through this thread.
A lot of guys would probably be better off starting with a 12kg bell rather than pridefully starting at 16kg. But it's hard to hurt yourself with either weight at least.
Clean and press with kettle bells just destroyed my wrists.
Swings with the 55lbs crush me.
Trying to figure out how to incorporate KBs into my training. MWF is my gym time (starting strength novice progression), then Tues Thurs I have kali training consisting of a lot of footwork and pretty low intensity technique drills.
