Does anybody know if the RE taxes paid on a coop are also capped at $10k? I ask because as a coop owner you’re not technically the “owner” of the property. I live in a condo now and they are subject to the SALT cap, but looking to move soon…

That image gives me the heebie-jeebies. I used to do the same thing, stand right up to the edge of the platform while waiting for the train or subway. Takes only one lunatic to come up from behind and give you a shove.

I have never understood why platforms in the U.S. are completely open. I went to Taiwan a few years back and their subway platforms are enclosed - doors open allowing access to a train only after a train arrives.
