I’m sure I’m just one of many Mr. Mayor, but I completely enjoy the AoSD features. Even more when it’s a shoe I own. I love Alden’s tassels and as you say, doing them in Ravello is oh so nice.

For me today, my favorite shoes that I don’t wear nearly enough. Unlined splits from AoC with aftermarket eyes added by Aram…….

I took my pair of Indy's with neocork soles to Japan this January and found the soles quite slippery for snowy weather, specially on icy pavement. Interesting to find others have different experiences.

I also find neocork to be quite slippery when wet

I wear my neocork color 8 Indy’s in all wet weather here; no issues with traction. No ice in Bay Area tho, so can’t speak to that. But lots of rainy and bad pavement? No problem

I'll wear neocork in the rain, but not when it snows here in nyc. Never had an issue otherwise in terms of grip with and it's my favorite sole other than double leather/waterloc.

For sizing if I'm 10.5 A/C LHS is 10 B/D the right size for Indy on trubalance?

I wear an 11A/C in Van with thin or no socks and 11B/D in TB with thicker socks. Both fit great.

Wow, I could not agree more with these sentiments! Thanks for verbalizing so perfectly what we are thinking! I feel partly like I have been failing this community, as I have just let work overtake me to a certain extent! My shoes are all doing well, I just have started going into the office too early to photograph them before!

There is just something special about Color #8 and Denim that is special. Especially when an Indy Boot is involved. Hope that they took great care of you today!
