I got very lucky with a few items I got for +/- 75% off. Definitely not the rule but rather exception.

However, I am pretty successful at finding deals between -50% to -65% off.

A while ago I found a honey pot which I also posted here, Miller Collective. They had a lot of items discounted between 50% and 80%, IIRC.

I have to say I am quite good at finding deals. I have another hobby that can get costly, namely my passion for film, which includes collecting physical media (blu-ray's, 4K, vintage VHS tapes, etc.). Use price alert extension, bookmark favorite websites and pieces you're after, make good use of Google & other search engines, be up-to-date about sales, and watch this thread! :D
Those are some good tips, thank you. I have to step up my sales game!

Anyone have leads on following shirt in M for under $200?

Cultizm had it earlier in the year with discount and decided to sleep on it and when i went back was sold out.

Tried on both. Went with number one. Had the second a couple years back and just didn’t like how cropped it was. Still don’t I guess. Took advantage of the sale to grab a few other things..

While I await my RRL haul to come in, I thought I’d share my current favorite piece, a western veg tanned overshirt. I am not used to compliments from strangers on what I wear, and this one throws me - pastors at church, people passing by in cars, men on the playground - this one does it.

Ironically, RRL came out with two type IIIs here -- I think it's the wabash (?) wash - the tight crop and the longer one. I have both, having found the tight crop on on TRR - but it's best for an under layer, etc. - you're right, it just feels awfully short. I love that both of them are unmodified, keeping the no-handwarmer pocket mantra alive. They just fit better.

Williamsburg Garment Co does a mail order service as well. I sent some jeans there in January to get hemmed, was quick and easy. I think it cost $40 something total, but I added $10 for the expedited service.

I used to send mine to Science and Kindness up in Minneapolis when I wanted chain stitching or mending done, but lately I don't care so much for chain stitching that I want the hassle of shipping jeans off to have them done, so I, <GASP> let my local seamstress just hem them for me

I've found it's easier for me to ship them off to have them done than try to cajole my wife to do them for me. That's was how I ended up with pants 5+ years old in need of hems.
