@justinpledger a few pics of the coverall in my usual size (38). (I don't have a nice setup like @Mood Indigo and I'm wearing slippers , so please don't be too hard :) )

Wearing an OCBD and a shetland underneath. I think I'd rather the fit of the 36 better, but 38 is more comfortable, hard to judge the fit because of the stiffness of the waxed cotton though.
Like them both, but in the pictures 36 looks more on point.

Thanks for the tip re: Matches. I bought two shirts! One I’d already bought so that was annoying but I like it so much that it’s ok to have two. Does anyone else do that? Buy two of things that they love?

Anywayyy, I think you’re totally right about that tiny little pocket. The new coats without it look weird. And that little pocket is extremely useful! I won’t be buying any of the coats without it.
I wear shrink to fit Levi's selvage 501 that were made in Turkey and sold in Europe around 2010. Unfortunately they were discontinued. But I found a shop that still had some in my size which I bought completely, so I have a stack of 6 pairs of raw 501 in my closet (used to be 8, two are in my rotation now).

So, yes, I will buy two (or more) of things I love. I think David Coggins would approve.

This looks great! There's not much in it in terms of sizing from the photos. Can you fit a sports jacket or other kind of jacket under the 36 and the 38? Or just a shirt and a jumper? I guess it depends on what you're going to wear underneath? The 38 allows me to wear a sports jacket such as a Games blazer. Without the blazer underneath it feels pretty big of course but you soon get used to it. The 36 was more fitted to my body but the arms were short and I couldn't really fit much underneath it. Where the 38 flares out at the bottom in your side shot - is that because of how you are standing or does it flare out like that anyway?

Have you tried sitting in them both and kinda moving around a bit. That helps! Or have you decided already?

So many questions!

Have Drake's had a sample sale in London in the last few months yet?

This is a great coat. I’ve been admiring it from afar on Drakes website. I think the 36 looks better on you but don’t sacrifice too much comfort. The 38 looks pretty good too.

to me, I’d err on the comfortable side so 38 gets my vote

I don’t like the feel of being a stuff sausage haha

Quick question- are those made in Italy or England?

I prefer England tbh as I feel wax jackets are English thru and thru

Drake’s rugby and suede jacket today. I could do with sleeve linings on this jacket for ease of putting on/off, but, still enjoy it nonetheless.

Looks great! How thick and warm are these rugby shirts and how do you find the fit? According to their sebsite M p2p is only 54cm. How’s the sleeve width, slim or roomy?
