I'm not sure I've seen a watch dial that would be improved so much by a better font choice for the name.
UNIFORM LA Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants are now live. These cargos are based off vintage US Army BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) cargos. They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated. Available in two colorways, tundra and woodland. Please find them here
Good luck!.

While I do love platinum, can not reconcile the red numerals. Price is rather reasonable.Tried on this platinum Santos Dumont XL today at the Cartier boutique at the King of Prussia mall in PA. The roman numerals are handcut out of jasper which look pretty cool when viewed from an angle. The Breguet hands I assume are platinum too, they are just catching reflections in the pic. Released at the 2023 W&W, only 200 made. Not really my thing (or budget) but it was fun to try. IIRC it was just under $24K, which didn't seem unreasonable for platinum.

I couldn't agree more. I like the bezel profile, lugs, and dial far more on the past version of the Santos Dumont. The current Santos Dumont is nice, but there isn't a version of it that I actually want to own.I can’t help but think the platinum CPCP is the better call for the same price.

That's one where I really like the yellow gold version with the darker dial a bit more than the platinum. I'm hoping to see one when they arrive at boutiques later in the year. TBH, I've liked the gold versions of their recent releases more than the platinum versions, as I find many of the platinum model's dials looked a bit washed out (like on the the new Tortue Monopoussoir, the Tank Asymetrique, the Tank Cintree). That new platinum Tank Américaine with the art deco dial is the business. If only I had like $25k to throw away on a watch.
