Finding a clothing manufacturer

How do you find a quality and reasonable prices clothing manufacturer and a pattern maker? I am a fashion designer but I can't do everything myself. I don't sell anything yet that's why I want to find a manufacturer either in the United States or even out the country(for the near future)
