I don't really see either as inherently informal ("casual" may have been the wrong word), but I do think all of the spalla camiccia variations create a softer silhouette. Something that is better suited, to my thinking, for an odd jacket execution. A more pronounced sleevhead just creates more of a "frame" for the shoulder (and jacket as a whole) that aesthetically strikes me as more formal. I'm sure that others would argue that, however.

At any rate, digging your execution.

Yes, you're right; I'm just a little afraid it will emphasize my "T"-build more. Well, we'll see.

Great idea for a thread. Your suit looks great @Sander love the details on the internal pockets.

Here's one of my current projects at the moment a cashmere sports coat made with London Lounge Cloth made by B&Tailors. Just picked up the finished coat today so hopefully I will put up,a fit pic soon.

Looks really nice, I saw the B&T boys at Pitti and really liked their style. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

I dont wear suits nearly enough to justify the extra cost. Though last time I said that, I ended up getting pants made anyway (though from Luxire, windowpane minnis fresco, to go with the jacket from B&T). Though that may have to do with my initial poor choice of fabric.

I took the advice of @jedwards and asked for a less conservative look, wherein the lapels and quarters form something like )(

It'll be my last piece from them for a while, so I want to make it as representative a possible

Ok, here are some of my current bespoke projects:

Odd vest and suit made by Sartoria De Togni (Verona). Actually, both is now finished and will be shipped on Monday. But I won't be able to wear the suit before October, since the fabric is a really heavy flannel (480g). :-(

I'll just quote myself here, first decent pics of the finished suit:

First outing of my new bespoke suit; pant hem is 1-1.5cm too wide, will get that fixed soon. Really happy with the rest.

Sorry for the giant fly in rigor mortis pose, it was just to show off the fit of the suit.
