ThE crack up is that every morning there was a line around the corner for Starbucks at the other end of the ground floor of the hotel .
I’d go to Eataly, wait maybe 5 minutes for amazing pastries and kick ass espresso.

Have had excellent steak at La Toscana inside Vegas Eataly.

I had dinner there.
I went with Cacio e Pepe.

The whole concept reminds me of the Mercato Centrale in Florence, which was one of my favorite things there.

Though I go every time I'm in Florence, and one of our team members had an AirBnB there in January 2020 that we used as home base really close by, I went more than usual, I find the dining section on the first floor (second, for us North Americans) just disorienting. I don't know if it is still there, but I always went to one of fish places, then get a treat and coffee from the bar in the middle. I generally prefer much quieter places, though everyone insists on the mercado centrale at least once per trip, and usually more.
