Our Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants are now live. These cargos are based off vintage US Army BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) cargos. They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated including authentic shatterproof melamine buttons on the fly, premium metal waist cinching tabs with military webbing for a secure, comfortable fit, and concealed patches on the rear crotch/seat for reinforcement.

We released these in two color ways; Woodland and Tundra. Woodland is a classic M81 US Woodland camo. Tundra is designed/colored to mimic vegetation on the semi-bare landscape of a tundra largely consisting of mosses and grass.

Hey Guys,
I wanted to share with you a couple shots of our Track Jacket and Track Pants that are in production now.

This is a development that we've been working on for a year and are preparing to release in the coming weeks. The inspiration for the development came from track suit suits from the 1970's, which are the perfect combination of sporty and stylish. Both pieces are made of ultra luxe materials and have a fantastic fit. As with everything we make, we use the absolute best of the best.

The Track Jacket and Track Pants are made of a beautiful Italian Ponti Di Roma that is a blend of rayon, nylon, and spandex. This mix makes them extremely soft and comfortable. The Ponti is a heavyweight ponti (of course) that is substantial and insanely comfortable. There is an ultra luxurious off-white Loro Piano 100% Virgin Wool accent stripe on both pieces. The Track Jacket is fully lined with a Japanese 100% Bemberg lining for added comfort and finished with a Riri Zipper.

The Set is beautiful together (as it's designed to be paired together). Each piece also works great alone. The Track Pants are one of my favorite developments to date. They're insanely comfortable and fun to play around with. You can pair them with a tee or sweatshirt for an instantly stylish fit. They also look great with a tank and short sleeve button up for an elevated beachwear look.

Here are the Track Pants with the Heavyweight Cropped Long Sleeve (which is our newest t-shirt development. It's also in production now). The sample tee I'm wearing is in PFD (prepared for dye). The sample has shrinkage in it. So it's larger than it will be after dye. All shrinkage is removed from the piece during the dye process where it will hit spec.

Here is the full Track Suit in Navy. When fully zipped, the Track Jacket collar can be worn up or folded down for more of a spread collar look.

The Track Pants feature our new drawstrings which we've upgraded from our previous version.

I'm excited for you guys to see how we style these in upcoming shoots and for you to get them in hand so you can try them on and feel everything in person. I think you're going to love these.

Hey Guys,
I wanted to give you a sneak peak into our latest denim development, our Loose Fit Denim. This is a fit that a number of you have requested. The fit is a versatile true straight/loose fit that I think you guys are going to love and want to wear daily. It's not overly baggy like a number of super trendy/wide fits (which is something that I'm not personally a fan of).

Our goal with this development was to make a cut that is looser/wider and can be a part of your wardrobe for many years to come. It's looser than the Dillon Straight Fit Denim throughout and is a logical next step up. I think you guys are really going to love this one when you get it in hand and try it on.

It's made from the same premium 14-ounce Japanese Denim as the Dillon Straight Fit Denim. And our approach to the washes in this one are the same as the rest of our denim program. Our goal is to created authentic vintage washes that replicate what it would look like if you were to wear a pair of raw denim daily for years. The first wash to release in this cut will be our Palms Wash which debuted on the Classic Slim Fit Denim.

It is a beautiful, versatile mid-blue wash with hand-done dry processed details throughout including beautiful whiskers on the lap, honeycombs at the back of knee, and thigh fading with chevrons. The wash is absolutely beautiful in hand. Here is a peak at that wash on the Loose Fit Denim:

Here is a fit pic of the Loose Fit Denim. It's hard to capture it in shots that I'm taking vs. someone else wearing but I hope this gives you an idea. The shots aren't color accurate as this is in my hallway with a florescent lightbulb:

Pat, the wash looks amazing. Are these selvedge and button fly? ETA on these?

Also, when is tracksuit releasing? I’ve been waiting on those since you’ve first posted pictures last year!

Thank you! I'm obsessed with the way the wash turned out. It's taken us some time to reformulate the Palms Wash from the 98/2 cotton/elastane denim we used on the Classic Slim Fit Denim in Palms. But I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm excited for you to see these in person.

The Loose Fit Denim is a button fly, but it is not selvedge. The denim is an ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese denim. We're hoping to put these into production next week and release them ASAP. These are a high priority of the brand right now. We love the way they turned out and really want to use them to style a number of the tees that we have on the way.

The Tracksuit is in production now in our studio. We're working to release that ASAP as well. The Track Pants are nearly complete. The Track Jackets will be up next. I'm really excited for you to see those. Both pieces are extraordinary. I love the way they turned out. The Loro Piana off-white accent stripe on both pieces really sets them off and the fit on both pieces is amazing.

Great news! I’ll definitely be grabbing a pair of the new loose fit denim and tracksuit. Cannot wait for the upcoming releases.

Anyone have reviews of the current denim? Was thinking of getting a pair but never saw anything.

Thought I'd contribute with my own review:

I've had the long sleeve artist tee in black for close to 3 years and it has held up extremely well. Having kids it has taken a beating and is still going strong. It's spent countless hours in the sun on hikes (I got my 5 year old up to hiking 2.5 miles!), at the beach, playgrounds, and outdoors in general. It's been pulled all different directions carrying a 30+ lb baby/toddler in an ergo baby and from the kids tugging on me.

Its in great shape with no holes (though my white one developed a couple small ones). The fabric shows some wear (pilling) though it is not thinning by any means. The collar stretched out a little and is slightly wavy in the front but it is by no means a bacon neck like I've had on tees I haven't worn nearly as long but this could be due to my lifestyle more than the product. Pat improved the neck, not sure if I bought before. It's been through several washes and still looks good.

It has also developed a brownish patina (sunbleached) from the sun which I love. I couldn't recommend this tee enough, it's so easy to just throw on and is my most worn. I look forward to wearing it for years to come. I just need this tee in washed black. I couldn't recommend this tee enough especially at the price point.

Couldn't really get a great pic of the patina but you can kinda get an idea of it here. It's not as brown as the pic but it's noticable:
