Supposedly, the best substitute for Green Chartreuse. In a head-to-head comparison, Green Chartreuse is much sweeter with a more viscous mouth feel. Faccia Brutto is thinner and more astringent. Think the difference between Cointreau and Combier. (I actually prefer the latter.) Mixed in a cocktail is going to be the real story.

Ones on the shelf and one isn't, kind of hard to price shop that. I'd like to compare my regular bourbon vs Pappy at MSRP as well, but it's not gonna get me anywhere.Typical Chartreuse is 55%, so you're only getting 25% extra.
Works out to ~$170/bottle for normal Chartreuse. I was paying $65 when it was still available, so that's pretty steep.
