Folks - would you recommend any online/offline brand which makes iron-free shirts as good as Brooks Brothers supima cotton? Thanks

Non-iron shirts have weird coatings that feel strange, and also eventually wear off the shirt anyways. Do not recommend.

Kamakura's easy care shirts are pretty decent, they don't use chemical coating on the fabric, but the thread is made out of a polyester core and cotton outer layer. I think it's like 30% polyester, but the part that touches your skin is cotton.

Mine are still less than a year old so I can't comment on the long-term durability. But at least I can't tell the difference between my easy care shirts and my 100% cotton shirts.

I have yet to come across a non-iron shirt in a fabric that I like.

No experience with the knitted dress shirts. On top of my head I have twill, herringbone, poplin and royal oxford so far, and they've been good. I still iron them but they're much quicker to iron and remain less wrinkled for longer than my other 100% cotton shirts.
